One-Click Payment Service Terms and Conditions

1. By filling out the payment form with your bank card information, choosing the "Save the card" option, and pressing the payment confirmation button, you agree fully to these terms and conditions. You also grant permission to the payment services provider to securely keep your full name, card expiration date, and Permanent Account Number (PAN) (together known as "Credentials on File" (CoF)). This permission enables automatic processing of transactions you initiate using CoF, without the need for further authorization, and allows the payment services provider to deduct funds from your bank card as you request to top up your account balance with the Company, without requiring you to input your bank card details again (hereinafter known as the One-Click Payment service).

2. The One-Click Payment service makes it simple for you to top up your account balance within the Company's system for transactions carried out between you and the Company according to the terms laid out in the Agreement between the parties.

3. The transaction confirmation will contain the following details: partial card number, transaction amount, any relevant commission, transaction currency, transaction date, and the Company's location.

4. By utilizing the One-Click Payment service, you affirm that you are either the legitimate owner or an authorized user of the bank card linked to the Credentials on File employed for the service. You recognize and consent to the fact that a confirmation regarding your use of the One-Click Payment service will be dispatched to your email within two (2) business days.

5. You understand and accept that a confirmation regarding your use of the One-Click Payment service will be emailed to you within two (2) business days.

6. After you click the payment confirmation button, the payment is deemed processed and cannot be reversed. By filling out the payment form, you affirm that you are not infringing upon any relevant laws. Moreover, by agreeing to these terms, you, as the owner of the bank card, verify that you are permitted to utilize the Company's services.

7. You take complete responsibility for all payments made to add funds to your account balance with the Company. The Company and/or the payment service provider will only process payments for the amount you specify.

8. The One-Click Payment service stays active until it is canceled by you or the Company. You can find details regarding the terms and the cancellation process for the One-Click Payments service in clause 7 of the Payment Policy.

9. The Company will inform you of any modifications to these terms and conditions a minimum of two (2) business days prior to their effectiveness.

10. By accessing the website and/or trading terminal, you take on the legal obligation to adhere to the laws of any country where the website and/or terminal is accessed. You also verify that you are of legal age as necessary in your jurisdiction. The payment service provider holds no responsibility for any illegal or unauthorized use of the website and/or trading terminal.

11. These terms and conditions become effective once your card is successfully authorized (or verified) by the issuing bank and the Company receives your consent.

12. The payment services provider bears no responsibility for any refusal or inability to process your credit card information, including cases where the issuing bank does not authorize the transaction. Additionally, the payment services provider is not liable for the quality or extent of the services provided by the Company on the website. It is essential for you to follow the Company's rules and requirements when depositing funds into your account. The payment services provider solely handles the payment processing and is not accountable for any pricing, overall charges, or total amounts.
