Payment policy
1.1 The company holds financial responsibility for the client's account balance at any given time.
1.2 The financial responsibility of the company begins with the initial record of a customer's deposit and extends until the complete withdrawal of funds.
1.3 The client is entitled to request any amount of money that is present in his/her account at the moment of the inquiry.
1.4 The official methods for deposits and withdrawals are exclusively those listed on the company's official website. The client takes on all risks associated with these payment methods, as they are not partners of the company and are not under the company's oversight. The company cannot be held liable for any delays or cancellations of transactions that arise from the payment method's issues. Should the client have any complaints concerning any payment methods, it is their responsibility to reach out to the support service of the specific payment method and inform the company about those issues.
1.5 The company does not take on any responsibility for the actions of any third-party service providers that the customer may use to make deposits or withdrawals. The financial obligation of the company concerning the client's funds commences when those funds are deposited into the company's bank account or any other account associated with the payment methods listed on the company's website. If any fraud is detected during or after a financial transaction, the company reserves the right to cancel that transaction and suspend the client's account.
The company's responsibility for the clients' funds concludes once the funds are withdrawn from the company's bank account or any other account linked to the company.
1.6 If there are any technical errors concerning financial transactions, the company maintains the right to annul those transactions and their outcomes.
1.7 The client is permitted to maintain only a single registered account on the company's website. If the company identifies any duplicate accounts belonging to the customer, it reserves the right to suspend the customer's accounts and funds, prohibiting any withdrawals.
2. Client's registration
2.1 The registration of the client consists of two primary steps:
- Registration on the client's website.
- Verification of the client's identity.
To finish the initial step, the client must:
- Supply the company with your actual identity and contact information.
- Agree to the company's terms and their attachments.
2.2 The Company conducts the identity and data verification process to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the Client during registration. To perform this process, the Company is required to request, and the Client is required to supply:
- a scanned image or digital photograph of their identification document.
- a complete copy of every page of their ID document, including the photograph and personal information.
The company maintains the right to request additional documents from the client, which may include payment receipts, bank confirmations, bank card images, or any other documentation that could be essential during the identification process.
2.3 The identification process should be finalized within 10 business days from the company's request. In certain situations, the company has the option to extend the identification period to a maximum of 30 working days.
3. Deposit process
To make a deposit, the client must submit an inquiry through their Personal Cabinet. To finalize the inquiry, the client should select one of the payment methods from the list, provide all required details, and proceed with the payment.
You can deposit the following currency: USD
The time it takes to process a withdrawal request depends on the payment method and can differ across various methods. The company has no control over the processing time. When using electronic payment methods, the transaction time may range from a few seconds to several days. For direct bank wire transfers, the processing time can take anywhere from 3 to 45 business days.
All transactions performed by the Client must be processed through the specified source of the transaction, which solely belongs to the Client, who makes the payment using his/her own funds. Withdrawals, refunds, compensations, and other payments from the Client’s account can only be processed using the same account (bank or payment card) that was initially used to deposit the funds. Withdrawals from the Account can only be executed in the same currency in which the corresponding deposit was made.
4. Taxes
The company does not act as a tax agent and will not share clients' financial information with any outside parties. Such information will only be disclosed if there is an official request from government authorities.
5. Refund policy
5.1 A Client may withdraw some or all of the funds from his/her Account at any time by submitting a Request for Withdrawal to the Company. This request must include the Client’s directive to withdraw funds from the Client’s Account and must meet the following requirements:
- the Company will process the withdrawal request from the Client’s trading account, which will be confined to the remaining balance in the Client’s Account at the moment the order is carried out. If the amount that the Client wishes to withdraw (including fees and other costs outlined in this Regulation) surpasses the balance of the Client's Account, the Company reserves the right to deny the order while providing an explanation for the denial.
- the Client's request to withdraw funds from the Client's Account has to adhere to the requirements and limitations established by existing laws and other regulations of the countries within the jurisdiction where the transaction occurs;
- funds from the Client's Account must be withdrawn to the same payment system using the same purse ID that the Client initially used to deposit money into the Account. The Company might impose limits on the withdrawal amount based on the funds that were deposited into the Client's account from that specific payment system. However, the Company has the discretion to make exceptions to this policy and allow withdrawals to other payment systems. The Company may request the Client to provide payment information for the alternative payment systems at any time, and the Client is required to furnish that information to the Company.
5.2 A Request for Withdrawal is carried out by moving the funds to the Client’s External Account through an Agent who has been authorized by the Company.
5.3 The Client must submit a Request for Withdrawal in the currency used for the deposit. If the deposit currency differs from the currency for the transfer, the Company will convert the transfer amount into the transfer currency based on the exchange rate set by the Company at the time the funds are withdrawn from the Client’s Account.
5.4 The currency used by the Company for transfers to the Client's External Account might be shown in the Client's Dashboard, based on the currency of the Client's Account and the chosen withdrawal method.
5.5 The Company determines the conversion rate, commission, and other costs associated with each withdrawal method, and these can be altered at any time at the Company’s discretion. The exchange rate might not align with the currency exchange rate set by the relevant country’s authorities or the existing market exchange rate for the applicable currencies. In situations dictated by Payment Service Providers, funds can be withdrawn from the Client’s Account in a currency that differs from that of the Client’s External Account.
5.6 The Company has the authority to establish minimum and maximum withdrawal limits based on the chosen withdrawal method. These limitations will be detailed in the Client's Dashboard.
5.7 The Company considers the withdrawal order accepted if it is generated in the Client’s Dashboard, and it appears in the Balance History section as well as in the Company’s system that tracks client requests. Any order generated in a way that is not outlined in this clause will not be accepted or processed by the Company.
5.8 The funds will be taken out of the Client's account within five (5) business days.
5.9 If the funds transferred by the Company following a Request for Withdrawal have not reached the Client's External Account within five (5) business days, the Client may request the Company to look into this transfer.
5.10 In the event that the Client has incorrectly entered payment information while submitting a Request for Withdrawal, leading to a failure in transferring funds to the Client's External Account, the Client will be responsible for the commission incurred to resolve the issue.
5.11 The Client's profit beyond the funds they have deposited can only be transferred to the Client's External Account through a method that both the Company and the Client have agreed upon. If the Client has made a deposit using a specific method, the Company reserves the right to withdraw a prior deposit from the Client using that same method.
6. Options for withdrawal payments
6.1 Bank transfer.
6.1.1 At any point, the Client can submit a Request for Withdrawal via bank wire transfer if the Company is currently accepting this payment method.
6.1.2 The Client can submit a Request for Withdrawal only to a bank account that is registered in his/her own name. The Company will not process or carry out requests to transfer funds to a bank account that belongs to someone else.
6.1.3 The Company is required to transfer the funds to the Client's bank account according to the details provided in the Request for Withdrawal, provided that the conditions outlined in clause 7.1.2 of this Regulation are satisfied.
